Our Disney Princess Characters are on hand to provide ideas and inspiration because small acts of kindness really can change the world for the better. During World Princess Week Disney is set to deliver 45,000 ‘Moments that Matter’ activity packs for isolated and seriously ill children in hospital and hospices in the UK and across Europe.
